Teaching fun
Apr. 29th, 2010 06:23 pmSooooo, my first class was good, but only had two students, so it was sort of quiet and awkward. But they both worked really hard, and it was good. :)
The second, I had to speak much more slowly. It was a mid-Basic Active Listening class. They are, again, older than me, but their English is suuuuper basic. So I had to try and talk with small words, which is sometimes difficult for me. I think the best part of that class was having Hyundai tell the class that he was pretty. That was really fun.
Third class, I had Interactions 1, and this class was amazingly fun. They were very hyperactive, and they cared for me because I was overheated and jet lagged. XD But, we did the animal Personality Test. When I have time, maybe I'll play it with you all. >:D So, that class was a lot of fun.
Now I have another class, I will update later... See, I have one hour and a half, then a fifteen minute break, then ANOTHER hour and a half. THEN I AM DONE. YAAAAAAAAY! :D So, almost there... It's cute here, because I can talk about Japanese culture and I don't have to worry about angry looks. A lot of students here enjoy Japan. :) I know the history between the two well, so that is why I was worried.
