[Wherever you were before, you're sure not there anymore! Welcome to the Labyrinth! A maaaaaaaze... That's right, you're stuck in a giant maze, and it's your job to find the way out. Blowing up walls does no good, neither does jumping over them or going through them. If you attempt it, you're sent back to the beginning. The maze is huge, so it might be a good idea to try and mark places you've already been. Have at it! ADVERTISE THIS POST IF YOU WANT TO! Also feel free to threadjack/thread hop! Label subject headers if they get more mature!]

Snake?

[Crap. Crap crap crap crap crap. This wasn't where he was supposed to be, he knew it. This was a brick maze, NOT a military base run by Dr Eggman. He was PRETTY sure. Eggman never used this sort of design, unless he was trying to recreate the home of some ancient creature.....

Sonic really hoped that wasn't what was going on. He places a hand to his right ear, kneeling down and hoping to reach Tails, Otacon or Snake.]

Guys? Sonic here... Hey, do you read?

Looks like I'm on my own again. Well, at least it's not an underwater maze... that's good. [Presses his ear against one of the walls, hearing footsteps.] Looks like I'm not alone here.

[Standing against a wall, smoking a cigarette. He's chalking this up to just ending up in another daily event that Big Boss set up... But he doesn't see a partner for him. He wonders if he has to find them.]

[Lets out a terrible shriekish roar, signifying his presence in the maze. Ichisaur just entered the building, ladies and gentlemen. He flicks his tail irritably, dragging a clawed hand down one of the walls, listening to the screeching sound it makes.]

Hrrrr... Just where the fuck have I ended up?

[She feels his presence in the maze and heads in that direction. Finally finding the creature that both scared her out of her wits and entranced her beyond reason, she stopped and stared, not sure what to say or do.

Around her feet and in her arms are five little lizard-like creatures.]

[Scritch-scratching top of head, turns to look left and right.] Hmm....

[Ooh, she spots a person! Maybe this person can help her! She runs over to Lau.]

I'm his wife! [Says the girl who looks about five, beaming with pride.]

He's tall, handshome, wears a long black cape, and his hair's black and white! [... handsome? She neglects to mention the numerous stitches and two-toned skin...]

[Letting out a few curses here and there, Balthier figured that this entire maze was laced with some sort of magick. There was no Mist here but rather a dim fog that settled over this gigantic labyrinth. While he's certainly not the kind of man to shun an adventure or two, Balthier couldn't help but wonder what sort of role he would play here.]

I do hope I'm still the leading man regardless the unusual setting. [He muttered to himself as he searched for partner-in-crime.]

Fran! Fran! She's as tall as her ears but yet she'll still go missing without a trace...

*This strange woman doesn't seem too put off by the fact that she's not where she was a (nano?)second ago, or the fact that she's suddenly in a giant maze. In fact, she seems to approve of the latter.* OoOoOOoOh! A maze? I don't think I've been in a proper maze since...I don't think I've ever been in a real maze!

[Can hear someone else... so he gets down onto his belly, slowly crawling across the floor. He hates doing this, but for the moment it's all he can do... He doesn't have a radar, nor does he know his way around. Speeding around this place could just lead to constant running into walls. So, he'll just do what Snake does and slowly make his way around... he stops, though, noting the woman was just on the opposite wall of him... basically right around the corner. Better not reveal himself.]
