Since replaying SA2, I find it really odd that Shadow would end up working for the same organization that killed everyone he loved.

In Shadow the Hedgehog and Sonic Next-Gen, Shadow eventually becomes an Agent of GUN (Guardian Units of Nations), and works with Rouge the Bat on missions.

However.......

THEY WERE THE SAME ONES THAT INVADED THE ARK 5O YEARS EARLIER AND KILLED EVERYBODY. Though it could be that Shadow admired/felt sorry for the commander, since he lived on the ARK, too. lol that game had really awful plot twists.
