I made a new friend today! Her name is Tula. She's in my english class and my Creative Writing class.

I'd met her before, but we never spoke conversation-wise.

Today, I came to school in the afternoon because I'm not feeling well... Everyone said we had a spare, but I wasn't too sure, so I waited at the class door. Standing with me was Tula. She smiled and talked with me for a few moments, then we began discussing our plans for our independent studies in Creative Writing. When we got the OK to go to the caf, we talked all about our ideas. She asked me if I had been drawing manga long and I told her about my previous work. She found that amusing. I asked her if she had an idea yet and she said she's had hers since grade 8. O_O

When we signed into the caf, I let her see my sketchbook. She loved Hayato's big eyes and thought my style was very cute. As we headed down to the library, she asked for my name. I told her mine and she told me hers... but I realdy knew hers.

While in the library, we talked about so many things... Anime and manga we liked, different genres of movies (especially Sci-fi), and also video games. Tula is a huge fan of Star Wars. As for me, I don't know too much about it anymore, except that I love the pod race in Episode I.

I learned about her thoughts on the Legend of Zelda series... She actually HATES Link, but adores Ganondorf. xD That is so weird! She's probably the first person I've met that actually hates Link. She loved Ocarina of Time, but doesn't like Twilight Princess very much. We both really don't like the whole wolf concept.

We also discussed Tales of Symphonia and who our favourite characters are... We both love Yuan! Yes!! Her favourites are Yuan, Yggdrasil (not Mithos) and Zelos. Mine are Yuan, Botta and... that's probably it. xD

We also chatted about Metroid Prime. She's not afraid of it AT ALL. @___@; I told her that I'm a total wimp when it comes to anything remotely scary. Tula adores action games and also first-shooters. She also told me what happens in the whole plot of Baten Kaitos. I didn't mind because I'm nevar renting it again. xDDD

Eventually, the bell rang and we didn't even notice how fast the time went! So, we headed to our last class. I got her email at the end of it... I just hope the email went through...

Lol! Metroid Prime rules. I was afraid of some parts (ie: Snow lab, Phazon mines, first time playing...*shivers* It was kind of a great feeling), but it's one of my favorite games.

Now Resident Evil is another story... *chicken*

I ADORE Metroid Prime... it just scares the hell out of me... Which is why I'm playing it. I hate the snow lab, the Phazon mines, the Frigate, the crashed frigate... and any place with damn chozo ghosts!! >___

GAH! Hated Chozo Ghosts.

I remember the first time I encountered. I was in this temple I think (with the large chozo face). I walked in and enjoyed the scenery, because MP has sweet enviroment graphics. There were these large round windows.

I walked in further, and all of a sudden the lights faded...!

Then the music changes, and you hear that insane chalkboard-scratching screeching :[ Course I was freaked out and confused

Samus was taking damage and I didn't know why, until I saw the ghosts below. Just fading in and out.

THAT'S THE CHAMBER OF ELDERS. I LOOOOVE THAT ROOM. BUT I HAAAAATE THE CHOZO GHOSTS. When you go in the first time, it's just one. But when you leave, get something, then come back in, you have to fight 3. TT___TT

Well, I'm just about to enter the Phazon mines.. but I've basically seen all the bosses...

For favourites... I guess it would be that huge plant boss. Even though I also hated it super much and it scared the fek out of me. @___@;;

I watched my sister play the whole game. She beat Meta Ridley and got all the way to inside the crater... but she can't get past that part because of the stupid metroids that keep multiplying and attacking her. And then our memory card ate itself, so we lost all the data.

So, now I'm playing it. I'm proud of myself for getting that far, at least. I haven't fought an omega pirate yet, but I have seen them. Cooool stuff.

Meta Ridley is very cool. He's difficult, though.

It's so different when you play the whole game XD
