Happy April Fools Day everyone and as most of you guessed, the story about Shadow becoming Sega's new mascot was indeed an April Fools joke. Some people were convinced though. Don't worry guys, our beloved blue hedgehog will continue to be Sega's mascot for a long time to come.

For those of you who are wondering "Why the heck did you post the joke yesterday and not today?" The reason is we wanted to try and make it as convincing as we could. So we thought if we posted it today, you guys would immeditly catch on. So to try and make it more convincing we decided to post the joke yesterday and reveal the truth today.

Well I hope you enjoyed the joke. Now go out there and have some fun pulling some April Fools jokes on your friends and all.

^_^ And I'm glad! Things would become like Rareware's Conker if Shadow became the mascot! (IMO, of course...)

Actually Conker's change was one I approved of. The character was so carbon-copy; he was boring and stupid until they made him a little $#&@$). I thought Rare made a great move, and many other gamers felt similarly. No, I'm not kidding. :)

It was a shocking change, but that game was hilarious and gorey. I played against my friends as a grey army Squirrel. My three friends were Neo Conkers, all against me. And I beat them all! But that game was very violent. I kinda felt sorry for Nintendo. I thought the scene with the Well Endowed Flower and the Bumble Bee was SO funny! XD

It's just hard to believe that this is the same Conker that was the cute furry squirrel in Diddy Kong Racing. If Shadow ended up like that, I'd have mixed feelings.

Is Livejournal pulling pranks? Because... when I was updating my journal, I tried to hit the update and it bounced away from me, then returned to normal spot. Then when I cautiously clicked it, it changed to "Processing whining". O_o Are these pranks, or am I just high?

I can. I'm more excited for the japanese Sonic X episodes of the new season. Kouji has a beautiful voice, but I prefer Kanemaru-san. David Humphrey has a handsome voice, but I still prefer Sonic. ^_^ Oh well.

I'm excited to see the new SX eps in Japanese, too... cuz of Shadow XD I can never get enough Shadow in my life. I used to not be able to get enough Sonic, but that was 10 years ago ^^
