We use double plastic bags (so they don't rip) and a pooper scooper. NASTY! Mostly because it's wet outside and melting gross.... *shudder*

^^* It's nasty in the spring when the snow melts and reveals what the dogs have been doing all winter... esp if there was snow on the ground for a long time XP
