...Catastrophe...

On Friday Night, I was to play solo pieces of music on Flute for the congregation at my church. I had practiced all day, and the flute worked perfectly. When I got there with my dad and my sister (My dad had already put "Special Music: Flute Solos by Elaine Steven" in the bulletin...) I tried the flute out. ...The F, the E and the D no longer worked. It stopped working. I panicked, and my sister tried to help me, but the notes would not come back. I froze up and went to the nursery, where I broke down. I could not believe that this was happening. I told dad about the problem, and we had the night re-organized. I felt as though I had let everybody down, and I felt horrible about it...

Note: This is the same entry as in my Japanese Diary... That's why the words are separated.
