I don't know what they said exactly, but I believe that Sugita asked Kanemaru who he'd like to work with in a drama CD. And it could be anyone.
Kanemaru answers after a while with "Akira-kun". (Ishida)
Sugita and Kenichi's responses? "EEHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH?!?!"
Then Kanemaru sort of explains himself and then refers to Ishida as Akira-chan. How cute! XD;;
And this sound file is Zeus saying "So Lovely! So Pure!" ^^ Kanemaru-san's english keeps getting better!
