How am I supposed to know when someone's upset or if something bad has happened if they don't tell me? I end up making people feel even worse because I'm never told anything. Jesus Christ.

Is it really that hard to tell me what happened instead of just acting like I should know? It really makes me wish I didn't have any friends- They just end up being people I hurt.
