Stephen you'd be happy to know I got the game to work on my laptop

well, I got the menu open.

But as soon as I went to play it, I found out my graphics card for my laptop's too old. I'll retry the entire process on my big computer, but if the card's too old there, too, then I guess I'm out of luck.

I actually hate my schedule for today, simply because of the hugely long gap of nothing in between. And I can't go home because it's just too long a walk.

At any rate, usually at 1pm, I get my butt over to the cafeteria where I grab a plastic knife and eat rice cakes with almond butter, then return to the library if I have enough time, before 2pm, when I head over to Thorneloe and wait for my last class.

NOT TODAY HOWEVER

I decide to head down to the cafeteria and all the seats are taken. 8| So I'm liek "okaaay" and I go outside to eat. It's pouring rain and once again, all the benches are taken.

I head to the Tim Horton's. It's super busy and all the seats are taken. So I go over to the library base-floor where I can eat my lunch... and the goddamn BLOOD DONOR PEOPLE ARE THERE. 8| I head up a floor, just outside the library, and all the seats are taken (except for three, but my legs are so sore that I can't climb up onto the stools.) The other cafeteria is in the science building and it's so friggin hard to get there that I've just decided that I cba to go. I'll stay in the library until 2pm, then head to Thorneloe and HOPEFULLY get to eat at least ONE damn rice cake. 8| *grumble growl*

You know what really bugs me about this game? It's not the gameplay, it's the releases. I mean, SEGA or SonicTeam or whoever goes and says all the games will be exactly the same on all systems, no changes except for controls.

Then why the heck are there different features on all the different systems? Are they still using the excuse that the Wii can't hold squat? I thought they fixed that issue with the GCN. I really, REALLY wanted to have Sonic explore Apotos adventure!style. Instead, though, I can't. Instead I have to select parts of town for people to talk to.

WHY?

And also, I thought for sure I'd be able to turn the audio japanese. But nope, only english. Because apparently the wii can't hold two languages or something. =_= If SA2 could do it, why can't these games do it, too? Why does it have to be singled with PS3 and/or Xbox360?

I suppose it could just be 'life isn't fair', but when you're promised to have the exact same game shared by three systems, you get a little bogged down when you find out you've been lied to.
